"My Mom, Jane is an inspiration in my life. She is hard working, smart, giving, and caring. She rarely thinks of herself first, she really wants to do for others. I think this is why she made such a wonderful nurse. Mom taught all of her kids to think for themselves and the value of hard work. She also instilled a desire to continue learning. In her world (and now ours) learning can include academics, new skills like making stain glass windows, or traveling and exploring. When both our schedules permit Mom enjoys traveling with me to some of my work conferences. On my part I enjoy having a traveling companion. My Mom inspires me daily to work hard, put my best foot forward, and continue learning. I am lucky to have her."
